He graduated LL.M. at the University of Cambridge (UK); he was a researcher at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Faculty of Law from 2003 to 2007. Currently he's teaching at Guardia di Finanza Military Academy and at the University of Malta – Link Campus of Rome. Additionally he's teaching at ENI Corporate University, seat of Rome and Milan and at Law School of Camera Penale di Roma. He's involved in the study of European law, particularly criminal law and procedural criminal law. He's Lieutenant of Italian Navy Reserve, directly appointed by the President of the Italian Republic.

He is an aggregate Professor in Tax Law at Sapienza University in Rome; taught and is still teaching at the Guardia di Finanza Academy ,and at their School of Tax Police; taught and is still teaching tax law at the Central Tax School of the Ministry of Finances, where he was also appointed as the Coordinator of the Department of corporate economic and technical-accounting disciplines; earned a significant amount of experience in the financial Administration because of his assignment as an expert and consultant of the Ministry of Finances and as as member of many study Commissions.
Within this experience he provided support also to several lawmaking initiatives especially in the fields of VAT and assessment; he has been Counselor for fiscal affaires of the Minister of communitarian politics.
He is the author of more than a hundred publishing in the field of taxation and he has been guest speaker in many congresses and conferences on the same subject. He has been Responsible Director of the magazine “Dialoghi di diritto tributario” (Dialogues about tax law).
He is currently a lawyer, a PhD accountant, and auditor. He always dealt with taxation issues for tax-law consulting companies, particularly specializing in the fields of advising, administrative assistance, and tax litigations.

He was the Chairman of the Board of Directors, with powers of ordinary and extraordinary administration, of a company, located in FRIULI VENEZIA GIULIA, owned by some of the most important industrial groups in Northen East of Italy and active in executive aviation. In carrying out this activity, he has developed strategic plans for company enhancement, taking care of the investment plan, trading policies and identifying areas of service improvement, the acquisition of other operators in the market, and management control.
